As a brand, they aim to create bottled cocktails with a bartender mindset, so that they have the quality one might receive at a bar. On The Rocks was acquired by Beam Suntory in 2018.

My Tasting notes
I took a whiff of this cocktail, and the scent of the triple sec was strongest, followed by a nice fruitiness. The aroma was overall smooth and pleasant.
I took my first sip, and it was sweet with a bit of tartness in the front. After a few sips, notes of bitter orange began to come out. Overall, this cosmo was a bit sweeter than the ones I make for myself, though it was not overly sweet.

At the end of the day, I was pleasantly surprised with this bottle of On The Rocks The Cosmopolitan. It was tasty, well balanced, and smooth. I could tell that they used better quality vodka than many other ready-to-drink brands, because there was no harsh vodka flavor. It all just tasted good and went down easy.
To be honest, I went into this tasting expecting to be disappointed, but now I am genuinely intrigued and excited to check out On The Rocks‘ other offerings. I definitely recommend picking up a bottle of The Cosmopolitan if you get the chance.
