IC Iced Peppermint Bark Spiked Latte is produced by C&L Imports – a Maryland-based company that works with a variety of different spirits brands. The IC Iced brand includes a variety of spiked coffee products, many of which are geared towards holiday and seasonal flavors.
This particular bottle of Peppermint Bark Spiked Latte is made using a grape wine base, and includes what the brand describes as “natural flavors” and caramel color. One can assume the flavors include coffee, chocolate, and peppermint, although specific ingredients are not specified.

I took a whiff of this pre-made cocktail, and there were clear, smooth notes of sweet peppermint. It brought back memories of the early years of my introduction to coffee, when I frequently indulged in barista-made peppermint mochas. The scent was exactly the same!
My first sip was a pleasant surprise. The peppermint and sweet chocolate notes tasted surprisingly natural, even though I doubt they actually are. After a few sips, nice coffee notes also became apparent. Overall, the flavor really mimicked a high end coffee drink, perhaps with the volume of the coffee notes turned down a little.
❖ 2oz IC Iced Peppermint Bark Spiked Latte
❖ 1oz vodka
Inside of a cocktail, I was pretty impressed with IC Iced. Out of necessity, I used a vodka which I only gave two stars, so I admit I was a bit nervous about this martini variation. However, the Peppermint Bark Spiked Latte really went a long way to make the cocktail enjoyable.
RATING: 4/5
Overall, I really enjoyed trying out this bottle of IC Iced Peppermint Bark Spiked Latte. Although it surely can’t be compared with a more expensive, artisanal spirit, I think the flavor does punch above its weight class. I was actually surprised and impressed with how much I liked this, and I would definitely recommend it to folks who enjoy this type of novelty spirit.
I can’t wait to pull this out during holiday gatherings for everyone to enjoy!
As always, drink responsibly.

How long does this keep in the refrigerator after opening?
Hi Julie,
The company doesn’t specify, so I don’t want to promise anything definitive. I would just pay close attention to the taste, as the flavor change is typically the first indication.
Should mention that being a wine base, it must be refrigerated after opening unlike true cream liqueurs.
I just want to know how many calories the iced peppermint bark is
Hi Jo, unfortunately IC Iced does not have nutrition facts available for this product. I would be very surprised if it’s low calorie, though. It’s definitely a sweet treat!
